Reading Material

I do want to thank The Knitting Librarian (check her out -- ha, ha, ha that's funny) for suggesting some of the books that will show up soon on my books read list (see sidebar). Although I had read a lot of the ones she had listed there were a bunch that I had not so I started with my handy, dandy library web site and requested a bunch and have started A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith. So far it's very good. Anyways, thanks go out into the cyber space for her list.

I'm not embarrassed to admit (well, maybe I am just a little) that the only reading I'm doing right now is Harry Potter. I have a problem remembering anything I ever read and I thought it would be cool to reread all the HP books before the last one comes out. I'm half way through the third now.
I need some good summer books though. I'll have to check out the Knitting Librarian.
