Anyway, I actually did knit two things this week.

Top: Droplet Hat, from Knitting Nature, by Norah Gaughan. Yarn: stash yarn, something acrylic, I think, but I wanted it in gray. The only alteration to the pattern was that I forgot the first 2 purl rows after the cast on, so I just extended the ribbing (I read the pattern wrong).
Bottom: Fetching, from Knitty.com. Yarn: Brown Sheep (I think, it was from my stash) in light purple. Alterations: I made the ribbing at the bottom longer. The first pair I made (and gifted) were too short. These are much, much better.
Well, I'm off to a busy day of soccer here in the desert! Hope all take care, have a great weekend, and happy knitting vibes to you all!!!

You are amazing getting all these done! Enjoy the soccer in the desert. Hard for me to picture that..mine played soccer on lush green fields with all kinds of trees . Often it was really chilly. SO those hats and mitts would have come in handy. By November soccer moves inside here.
Mostly I wear the hats and mitts when we walk to school at 7:30 am! It can be chilly (we have mountains to block the sun where we are)! Yesterday's soccer temp was in the mid 80's -- almost too warm!
Wow great temps for November...Must remember to move to desert! You are so productive, yeah for you. I like the colors very much. We just had our first day of 40 degree weather. Brrrr.
Nicely done! Great for the growing colder weather!
